KLJ Movement (KLJM) is known for providing performance opportunities to aspiring artists, dancers, and movement artists; including young artist. Therefore, anyone looking to get involved must be enrolled in at least one technique class. Youth, starting at the age of 4 and up, are eligible to enroll in the training seasons as Company Scholars. Enrollment occurs  throughout the summer months starting in June and closing in September (dates may vary). Enrollment forms are digital must be completed to secure registration. The season is in alignment with the academic calendar, beginning in September and concluding in June (including breaks). In the fall (September - December), scholars spend the weeks developing dance skills in ballet, modern, hip hop, African influenced movement, and performance skills. During the spring months (January - June) scholars learn routines to perform at their annual production titled, Summer Interlude. In every class, company scholars will learn from instructors that have had formal training in the styles.
